“We are thrilled to be recognised for our ongoing dedication to nurturing the next generation of professionals and helping grow a specialised Defence industry workforce,” he said.

“Over the past few years, we have made a considerable investment and concerted effort to cultivate future talent and foster the growth of our ISREW workforce through in-house initiatives and training, while also leveraging external programs.”

DEWC Services Chief Technology Officer Vern Collins said the company’s strategic investment in training will help build a sustainable technical workforce for Defence industry and meet the increasing demand for highly skilled technical workers on complex projects.
