The pair then unpack how DEWC Services is building this capability within the ADF, employing world-leading engineers, scientists, and academics to train the warfighter.

They wrap up the podcast examining how DEWC Services is overcoming Australia’s skilled labour shortages, including how to attract the best talent, and how they are ensuring their current staff can overcome current and future C4ISREW challenges with advanced training programs including their graduate and mentorship programs.
